• Design impactful learning experiences: Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create modern, microlearning-based content • Translate complex knowledge: Convert complex technical product information into clear, actionable enablement experiences • Develop scalable programs: Build and manage onboarding and continuous learning programs across GTM Sales and Technical internal sales teams • Curate content libraries: Maintain scalable assets including playbooks, certifications, videos, and assessments • Advocate for the learner: Ensure every learning touchpoint is relevant, engaging, and accessible • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver tailored enablement solutions • Measure effectiveness: Use performance data and learner feedback to refine programs for continuous improvement • Analyze workflows: Identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient workflows that can be optimized with AI and automation • Implement AI tools: Deploy knowledge assistants, chatbots, personalization features, and automated reporting
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Sales Enablement content development
- Technical proficiency with AI/automation tools (e.g., Python, APIs, Zapier, Workato, LLM-based assistants)
- Demonstrated experience designing product enablement or technical learning content
- Experience with publishing and tracking content within a CMS/LMS
- Advanced in Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Forms, and Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, design, and copy quality
- Growth mindset with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on time delivery and quality
