• Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Player Journey nach der Akquisition • Du konzipierst und steuerst datengetriebene Multi-Channel-Kampagnen über Push, E-Mail und In-App-Messaging • Du baust das fundamentale Lifecycle-Programm von Grund auf auf • Du optimierst tägliche Lifecycle-Kampagnen über Push-Benachrichtigungen, E-Mail und In-App-Messaging in CleverTap • Du entwickelst verhaltens- und lifecycle-basierte Segmentierungs- und Targeting-Logiken zur Sicherstellung der optimalen Botschaft zum richtigen Zeitpunkt • Du analysierst Retention-Kurven, Kohorten, Engagement, Churn sowie des LTVs und baust passende Dashboards in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data-Team • Du arbeitest eng und interdisziplinär mit Teams aus Marketing, User Acquisition, Social Media, Data und Product zusammen • Du stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Compliance-Anforderungen erfüllt sind.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung im CRM-, Lifecycle- oder Retention-Marketing im B2C-App- oder Consumer-Product-Umfeld
- Tiefgehende, praktische Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation-Plattformen (z. B. CleverTap, Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, MoEngage)
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der kanalübergreifenden Mobile-Kommunikation via Push-Notifications, E-Mail und In-App-Messaging
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in verhaltensbasierter Segmentierung sowie in der End-to-End-Entwicklung und dem Rollout mehrstufiger, automatisierter Customer Journeys
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Auswertung und iterativen Optimierung von A/B-Tests und Experimenten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Product-Analytics-Tools (z. B. Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis relevanter Mobile-Lifecycle-KPIs wie Churn, LTV, DAU/MAU und Retention-Raten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (auf muttersprachlichem Niveau) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die tägliche Arbeit im Team.
