• Set the standard for analytics excellence across Thrive services through analysis and team development • Own or oversee complex analytics workflows and advance analytics standards • Own analytics outcomes across client portfolio and embed data-driven decision-making • Contribute to the analytics services roadmap and support clients with data and measurement

- Research and verify **vehicle specifications**, production details, configurations, and factory documentation - Extract information from **primary sources**, archives, registries, and technical references - Build and maintain structured automotive datasets with clear provenance and citations - Evaluate source reliability and resolve conflicting information - Document supporting evidence for all recorded data points - Use AI tools to accelerate research while independently validating results - Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve data quality - Propose improvements to data models and classification structures when needed - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Data analysis with SQL, Python and Power BI, creation of interactive dashboards, fundamentals of AI and agile project management. • Online training in a virtual classroom with experienced professors, data analysts and AI experts.

• Maintaining clear and accurate data tables that meet a high standard for rigorous experimental design and execution. • Analyze post-election data to generate insights into the effectiveness of Civic Nation’s programming. • Cutting and delivering universes for engagement and activation by Civic Nation and its partners, in compliance with our learning agenda. • Supporting the identification and prioritization of sites for turnout programming, with experimental considerations in mind. • Contributing to reports and presentations for internal and external consumption. • Providing timely analysis of program performance. • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
