Role Description Kyndryl is seeking a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to act as a strategic bridge between the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Country President for the USA Market. In this role you will ensure that technology goals are closely aligned with evolving business priorities, driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business value. As the BRM you will lead and inspire digital transformation, foster strong executive relationships, and translate business strategies into actionable technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary liaison between the CIO organization and USA Market leadership, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and fostering collaboration. - Translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes. - Drive adoption of CIO technology solutions and champion digital transformation efforts across the market. - Oversee the portfolio of technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and strategic alignment. - Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success and proactively manage risks. - Lead organizational change initiatives to support new technologies and processes. - Act as an advocate for innovation, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). - 8+ years of experience in business relationship management, IT consulting, or similar leadership roles. - Proven track record in digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise IT environments. - Strong portfolio and project management skills. - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Demonstrated success collaborating with business leaders to implement impactful technology solutions. - Fluency in English. - Ability to travel to Kyndryl corporate locations 20-30%, as needed. Benefits - The compensation range for this position in the US is $187,560 to $356,280 based on a full-time schedule. - Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. - This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. - You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off.
