Sales Account Manager – Industrial Filtration

• Professionally represent our company at channel partners and end users within a defined territory • Efficiently manage the territory to drive sustainable growth • Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement business plans, strategies and activities to increase product awareness and adoption for mutual growth • Provide support, training and application knowledge to channel partners in the usage of our industrial filtration portfolio • Manage the complexities of varying routes to market for customers • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders in a positive manner to demonstrate our core values • Provide key market insights to business, marketing, portfolio and planning teams

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a technical environment
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience managing executive-level customer relationships
  • Experience working with both channel partners and direct end users
  • Current valid driver’s license
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Windows applications and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a growth-oriented and open mindset
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach to working
  • Fluency in German and English
