Development Team Lead
Cole Engineering Services, Inc. (CESI), a By Light Company
• Manage technical activities required to schedule, design, develop, integrate, test, and field applications and cloud computing resources • Manage the CG-OWL Enterprise Architecture • Update and maintain CG-OWL Department of Defense Architectural Framework (DoDAF) documentation • Conduct analysis of needs and requirements for each product lifecycle phase • Implement Agile development strategies and processes for CG-OWL sustainment and development • Review the DLSA Integration & Configuration Board (ICB) governance and processes • Create test process for the Contractor and USCG • Create operational readiness test cases • Conduct operational readiness tests and submit testing results to the USCG TDL Owner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Possess IAT Level II certification
- At least 10 years' relevant experience

• Review transfer date auto report totals • Work in the Ntierprise/Allscripts system import total encounter • Preview transactions report; make corrections to providers, site, and aliment information for MVA, WC, MD, insurances • Review claims reports and validations; make all corrections to insurance, patient registrations • Correct registrations entered into the Ntierprise/Allscripts system
• Process provider enrollment applications for providers/groups • Research insurance provider enrollment requirements by state • Enter group/individual data to credentialing system • Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications to insurance carriers • Follow-up on provider enrollment applications with provider, insurance company or client sites • Interact with providers via phone or email as needed • Collaborate with Account Managers to resolve provider denials • Update/Maintain Provider Enrollment Credentialing System • Attend conference calls with clients as requested
