Role Description As a Campaign Consultant, you are accountable for providing consulting services to the Marketing teams and assisting them in the design of campaigns to help achieve business outcomes. You will own the delivery of multi-channel data-driven campaigns, provide proactive consulting and advice on best practice campaign design based on your deep understanding of the available marketing technology capabilities and business outcomes the campaigns need to achieve. You will be the main liaison point between the Client and both internal & external technical teams to ensure there are no gaps in the end to end build process of data through to communications to the customer. You will also work in a consulting capacity to support the marketing automation platform, from both a technical and process perspective. This may include such tasks as: - Analysing data - Designing, implementing and documenting technical solutions - Producing process documentation for stakeholders Qualifications - Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related degree. - Minimum 4 years experience working in build and delivery of data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Experience in using SQL to perform data analysis & identifying customers based on business criteria using relational databases. - Understanding of Big Data systems is beneficial. - Experience using Enterprise Marketing tools such as Braze, Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign is a PLUS. - Experience in working in multi-platform environments that require orchestration of data across different systems to enable marketing campaigns is a PLUS. - Understanding of Customer Lifecycle Frameworks and designing always-on trigger campaigns as well as ad-hoc tactical campaigns is a PLUS. - Understanding of customer centric marketing concepts and optimizing campaign-channel mix based on customer centricity. - A background in managing multiple key projects or consultative work with a good track record of delivering success for client or agency's business. - Pragmatic problem solver with a keen attitude to deliver business outcomes. - Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Systems and business analysis skills, including delivery of high quality technical specifications and process documentation. - Consulting skills, including stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams. Requirements - Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per campaign brief. - Providing guidance / consulting on improvements that can be made to campaigns both new & existing. - Socializing new technical capability available to marketing, through suggested applications to campaigns that will drive higher incremental results. - Taking ownership of all communications between analytics, data, channel, and other technical teams to ensure all the building blocks of a campaign are put together accurately on time. - Operate with a consultative and strategic approach to deliver strategic solutions from campaign designing briefing, optimization, and experimentation. - Being able to prioritize multiple tasks-based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner to deliver to marketing needs. - Analyze client data, current campaigns, and insights to identify opportunities and areas for additional projects to add value. - Keep up to date on new technologies, industry trends and innovations to provide informed and relevant recommendations. - Work alongside senior technical consultants and managers to deliver technical solutions to support the marketing automation platform. - Deliver technical and process documentation relating to the marketing automation platform and associated processes. - Take ownership of communications between various marketing and technical teams to ensure campaigns or technical solutions are delivered on time and to specified requirements.

Role Description The IT & Cyber Security Consultant is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust security architectures across hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud). You will enable the SOC by improving detection and orchestration capabilities and enable GRC by translating regulatory requirements into technical controls and automated evidence collection. This is a "hands-on-keyboard" role that requires the ability to pivot between deep technical engineering and assisting in strategic support.
