• Drive critical business activities to ensure planning and execution of key sales and marketing strategies • Develop and maintain the US pricing and rebate model • Build compensation plans for the US sales and clinical team • Create sales analytics for the business including dashboards and reports • Act as a systems lead to create automated sales performance and reporting systems • Manage territory alignment process based on sales leadership recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum eight (8) years’ related experience in sales operations, business strategy and/or financial planning
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Oracle, JDE, MIDAS, Tableau, ELBIS, Salesforce.com, or QlikView preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word, Copilot etc)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and connect insights across the business
  • Demonstrated credibility, integrity, and a track record of delivering results

Identify control gaps, document current-state processes, implement foundational workflows and evidence collection procedures, and deliver a prioritized roadmap toward successful audit readiness. • Establish baseline IT operational processes, including ticket triage, support documentation, access request workflows, and system ownership records, creating a sustainable foundation for future scale. • Leave the organization with clear documentation, repeatable processes, and measurable improvements in security posture, access governance, and employee self-service capabilities.
