• Als Server Manager:in bist du Teil des zentralen Bereichs Digital Services der WBS GRUPPE und gestaltest aktiv die digitale Bildungslandschaft mit. • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team betreust und optimierst du unsere Serverumgebungen und wirkst an der Einführung neuer Lösungen mit. • Betreuung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Servern (Windows und Linux). • Planung, Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme von Systemen und Diensten. • Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer IT-Infrastruktur. • Bereitstellung und Konfiguration von Hardware, Software und Zugängen. • Fehleranalyse sowie Dokumentation in deutscher Sprache. • Eskalationsmanagement von Problemen und Störungen. • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Standardisierung der Serverlandschaft.

Job Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Informatikstudium oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung (auch als Quereinsteiger:in).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows (10/11, Server 2016–2025) und Linux (bevorzugt Debian).
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb, in der Planung sowie Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen und -Diensten.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory (inkl. GPO, DNS, Sites & Services, Vertrauensstellungen).
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (VMware vSphere), Backup (Veeam) sowie Microsoft Terminalservern und idealerweise PKI.
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Systemen (z. B. PRTG) sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse.
