Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience using Adobe Illustrator
- Strong technical expertise with vector artwork, layers, paths, clipping masks, and file preparation
- Experience in pre-press, sign fabrication, large-format printing, or a related technical production environment
- Understanding of how dimensional signs are constructed and how artwork translates into physical components
- Experience creating cut sheets and preparing files for routers, CNC machines, or other production equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficiency in a high-volume production environment.

In this role, you’ll own major features and systems, helping shape the player experience from early prototyping through to polished implementation, all while balancing creativity, clarity, and scalability, enabling fast iteration and clean, maintainable systems. You’ll work closely with a small, multidisciplinary team to build imaginative and replayable simulation games that serve a distinct genre audience and connect with players. This is a 12-month contract.
