Product Analytics Manager

• Lead high-value analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes and aligning cross-functional teams on shared goals • Standardize analytics tools and processes across product lines to improve scalability and consistency • Prioritize and advocate for analytics work that aligns with strategic company objectives • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in analyst-driven work • Cultivate a culture of innovation, curiosity, and initiative within the analytics team • Mentor and support the career growth of your direct reports through regular feedback and coaching • Assess team performance with structured, twice-a-year progress reviews • Identify skills gaps or resourcing needs and escalate proactively • Champion analytics best practices and provide thought leadership across the organization • Establish rigorous testing, validation, and data quality processes • Oversee the development of metrics, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that drive business decisions • Iterate and embrace continuous improvement in analytics methodologies • Define and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance and data integrity
Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience managing senior analysts
- 2+ years working with healthcare data (clinical, billing, or both)
- Proven ability to lead analytics initiatives involving cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in startups or scaling mid-sized businesses
- Technical skills:
- SQL (Advanced)
- BI/data visualization tools (Advanced)
- Python for data (Proficient)
- dbt (Proficient)
- Git (Familiar)
- Statistics (Familiar)

• Support market research by delivering analyses, creating accessible visualizations, and identifying trends and correlations between different beliefs and perceptions among HCPs, patients, and payers • Support other analytical needs across the business by meeting with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing and executing analyses to provide strategic insights, and presenting those findings • Provide research and analysis, including benchmark, marketing, and cost-benefit analysis in support of the recommendations • Participate in client engagements and presentation to help understand client needs, develop / align strategies and plan their implementation • Develop project deliverables in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Visio and other tools as needed • Develop objectives and project schedules for area of responsibility and ensure that they are met in a timely and cost-effective manner; take corrective action to the project schedule when necessary • Support other internal Nuvera and PURE initiatives such as recruiting, marketing, knowledge management, and best practice improvement
• Perform detailed data analysis and profiling to support MDM and data integration initiatives. • Analyze and validate master data domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Supplier. • Work closely with MDM developers to validate match, merge, and survivorship logic. • Perform data reconciliation and validation between source, staging, and target systems. • Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. • Support implementation and enhancement of Informatica MDM / PowerCenter / IDQ solutions. • Identify and resolve data quality issues, inconsistencies, and duplication. • Create documentation including data mapping, data lineage, and business rules. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and governance policies. • Support UAT, reporting, and production validation activities.
