- AI safety: Bedrock Guardrails, PII redaction, topic enforcement, content filtering
- Serverless: Lambda (Python), API Gateway, API auth (IAM/API keys), S3
- Deployment: CloudFormation, CI/CD for AI workloads
- Monitoring: CloudWatch dashboards, AI metrics (latency, token usage, error rates, guardrail triggers)
