Role Description This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is an early-stage consumer packaged goods venture development firm focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing emerging brands across ecommerce marketplaces. They are seeking an Amazon Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple Amazon brands, drive marketplace growth, improve profitability, and ensure operational excellence across Amazon Seller Central. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented ecommerce professional who enjoys combining marketplace operations, advertising strategy, catalog optimization, and performance analysis to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities - Account & Store Management - Oversee daily operations of multiple Amazon Seller Central accounts. - Manage FBA fulfillment processes and ensure timely deliveries. - Maintain and optimize Amazon storefronts and brand stores. - Monitor account health metrics, including GMS, profitability, availability, and growth. - Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and proactively address account issues. - Manage multiple brand accounts while maintaining operational accuracy and performance. - Advertising & Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns to drive sales and profitable ROI. - Manage campaign performance using TACOS and other Amazon-specific KPIs. - Conduct keyword research and optimize bidding strategies. - Analyze advertising performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations. - Launch promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to capture demand opportunities. - Improve campaign efficiency while maintaining profitable returns. - Catalog & Content Optimization - Maintain and update product listings for accuracy, SEO, and discoverability. - Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and imagery. - Implement catalog strategies across multiple brands to improve visibility and sales. - Support listing enhancements that improve conversion rates and customer engagement. - Analytics & Reporting - Track and report on GMS, profitability, traffic, conversion, and growth metrics. - Analyze performance trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks. - Generate recurring reports and actionable business insights. - Communicate performance findings and recommendations to leadership. - Use data-driven analysis to support marketplace optimization decisions. - Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams. - Coordinate with agencies and external partners supporting advertising and catalog initiatives. - Support business process improvements and automation opportunities. - Contribute recommendations that improve operational efficiency and account performance. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. - Experience running your own Amazon store or managing Amazon stores for other brands. - Experience managing FBA fulfillment processes and logistics. - Proven experience with Amazon Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance management. - Experience conducting keyword research and optimizing targeting strategies. - Experience managing multiple brands and product catalogs. - Experience optimizing product listings for SEO, discoverability, and conversion. - Experience analyzing marketplace performance metrics and reporting results. - Experience supporting ecommerce growth initiatives across multiple brands.
