• Plan and organize resources to perform routine and scheduled functions as well as to respond to business unit questions • Ensure the team is effectively trained in their assigned processes and work products are appropriately reviewed • Model the core values of the department in their deadlines with others and develop and implement practices that ensure the satisfaction, recognition, and engagement of their team members • Ensure processes are operation effectively and efficiently, implementing best practices and improvements in a standardized way across all finance related functions • Ensure all balance sheet accounts continuously reflect accurate financial position adhering to GAAP and company accounting policies • Monitor and drive the LEAN Educated program and training amongst the team • Participate in execution of FSSC strategy for continuous improvements, including influencing the culture within the department • Evaluate and enhance financial controls and other risk measurement and mitigation elements • Manage service level (SLA) expectations, performance metrics and KPIs

• Own accounts receivable: daily invoicing, payment application, AR follow-up, and collections (QuickBooks Online + Zoho CRM) • Lead month-end close: journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting • Handle accounts payable, commission processing, and payroll journal entries • File 1099s and Minnesota Sales and Use Tax accurately and on time • Send KPI reports to leadership and proactively flag anything that needs attention • Identify process improvements and contribute to how the accounting department runs

• Lead the interpretation, implementation, and documentation of new and existing accounting standards, addressing emerging issues across corporate functional groups. • Directly support the global financial reporting process for quarterly and annual financial statements, specifically Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings. • Maintain global symmetry and consistency in accounting practices, policies, key judgments, and procedural protocols across all business units. • Partner with Regional Controllership teams and finance shared services outsource providers to coordinate, analyze, and support global company audits. • Apply complex judgment and interpretative thinking to evaluate country-level accounting issues and independently develop innovative, group-wide solutions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare and issue customer invoices, assist with month-end close processes, and collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve account issues.
