Long View Systems
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders. • Lead executive and steering committee meetings. • Understand client business objectives and align solutions to strategic priorities. • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive customer satisfaction. • Oversee a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programs from initiation through deployment. • Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives are achieved. • Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, and project teams. • Facilitate issue resolution and decision-making processes. • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful solution execution. • Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements. • Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices. • Support change management and organizational adoption initiatives. • Identify opportunities for additional services and business value realization. • Support account planning, opportunity development, and proposal activities. • Participate in discovery workshops, assessments, and executive presentations. • Contribute to revenue growth and client retention strategies. • Monitor engagement profitability, forecasts, and resource utilization. • Manage contract compliance, scope management, and change requests. • Ensure achievement of financial and operational objectives.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery, including 5+ years leading D365 F&O and/or CE programs
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations ($1M+)
- Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains
- Exceptional client-facing and executive communication skills
- Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and related ISVs
- Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
- Experience in a consulting environment or a similar fast-paced industry
- An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of change and problem management, and the ability to anticipate risks
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
