Technical Program Management Director

Common Securitization Solutions

• Lead and scale technical program management for large, multi-year, multi-team initiatives in partnership with cross-functional leadership team • Drive end-to-end program delivery from estimation and business case approval through execution, go-live readiness, product launch and benefit reporting post-go-live • Partner with Technology and Product leadership to align technical strategy with business priorities and customer outcomes • Lead roadmap and project plan development, identifying technical and business dependencies across cross-functional teams and various platforms • Partner with Architecture and Technical Leads to guide technical trade-off decisions • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior executives • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery risk, investment trade-offs and execution strategy • Anticipate and resolve systemic delivery challenges, technical risks, and organizational bottlenecks • Own program governance, including dependency management, risk mitigation, metrics, and executive-level reporting • Ensure strong change management and communication strategies • Champion agile and modern delivery practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM)
  • 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
  • Experience delivering cloud-native, distributed systems at scale
  • Experience managing large, complex, highly cross functional software development efforts (i.e. coordinating across 7+ delivery workstreams / departments)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (including waterfall, Agile and Hybrid), system architecture, and platform engineering
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to develop and deliver Executive level presentations
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with establishing and executing ePMO / VMO processes
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage, mentor and coach team members
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, matrix environment
  • Experience with program cost estimation
  • Experience in process optimization
