Role Description Buscamos un Senior Full Stack Engineer con un perfil orientado mayoritariamente al Frontend (70–80%) pero con sólida capacidad para diseñar, implementar y operar funcionalidades end-to-end. No buscamos ejecutores de tickets; buscamos a quien tome decisiones de producto y arquitectura en las capas de interfaz y servidor, gestione comunicación con negocio y lleve soluciones a producción con ownership completo. Responsibilities - Integrar y coordinar trabajo entre dos frontends funcionales existentes (Angular), el nuevo desarrollo en React y los servicios backend del marketplace. - Implementar la lógica del lado del servidor cuando corresponda: endpoints, integración con microservicios, contratos de API y performance. - Liderar iniciativas end-to-end: análisis, diseño técnico, estimación, desarrollo, pruebas y despliegue. - Comunicarse activamente con stakeholders de negocio para traducir requerimientos a soluciones técnicas y priorizar entregables, en ausencia de un equipo de producto dedicado. - Colaborar con el equipo en prácticas de desarrollo modernas: GitLab, CI/CD, testing automatizado, revisiones de código y despliegue en la nube. - Promover el uso de herramientas de IA en el flujo de trabajo diario para acelerar entregas y mejorar calidad (p. ej., asistentes de código, generación de pruebas, análisis de logs). Qualifications - Más de 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software con enfoque full stack o frontend avanzado. - Sólida experiencia en React y experiencia práctica con Angular (mantenimiento/soporte de aplicaciones existentes). - Experiencia con Java o Go en el back end. - Experiencia construyendo interfaces complejas, componentes reutilizables y arquitecturas de frontend escalables. - Conocimientos y experiencia práctica en backend: diseño de APIs, microservicios, sistemas orientados a eventos y modelado de datos. - Familiaridad con GitLab, pipelines CI/CD y despliegue en entornos cloud. - Uso activo de herramientas de IA en el flujo de trabajo diario (Claude Code, Copilot u otras). - Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas y de producto con autonomía y responsabilidad end-to-end. Role Description As our full-stack engineer, you'd own the build of our customer-facing platform, working closely with the CTO, who leads the technical direction. You'd turn customer needs into working features — front end through to backend services — and work alongside our ML engineer to get our models into the product. - Build and maintain the platform end to end — the UI, the APIs, and the database behind them. - Turn real customer needs into working, seamless features. - Own auth, access control, and secure, reliable cloud deployment (GCP). - Help shape the product and technical decisions alongside the founding team. - Get our ML capabilities into the hands of customers. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Asset Management and Asset Advisory programs for key clients in education, government, industrial, healthcare, and commercial sectors • Oversee and mentor a cross-functional team of Engineers, Architects, Certified Energy Managers, Building Analysts, and Assessment Professionals conducting facility condition assessments, lifecycle cost analyses, equipment inventories, and ADA evaluations • Serve as the engineering subject matter expert for facility assessments, building systems evaluations, infrastructure assessments, energy performance reviews, and capital planning initiatives • Ensure assessment teams collect, verify, and interpret facility, infrastructure, and building systems data—translating field observations into actionable capital planning strategies and investment recommendations • Evaluate building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, site infrastructure, and related assets to identify deficiencies, risks, deferred maintenance, and capital investment requirements • Review facility assessment findings and provide professional engineering recommendations regarding asset condition, operational performance, lifecycle costs, and long-term capital planning strategies • Review and enhance technical reports, ensuring deliverables are accurate, actionable, consistent, and aligned with client goals • Collaborate with Sales in identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and defining client-specific program objectives • Serve as the primary client advisor, translating technical findings into practical business recommendations and long-term asset management strategies • Identify process improvement opportunities, drive standardization across reporting and workflows, and champion quality control across all program activities • Participate in industry events, present client results, and contribute to thought leadership in the Asset Management and Asset Advisory space • Be willing and able to perform the duties of a Senior Project Assessor when needed, including field assessments, report writing, technical reviews, and client presentations • Mentor engineers, building analysts, energy professionals, and assessment staff while promoting technical excellence and consistency across program delivery.

Role Description The Project Engineer supports the successful execution of GenPro’s solar EPC projects by assisting with engineering coordination, design review, and technical support activities throughout preconstruction and construction. This role contributes to translating project intent into safe, buildable, and code-compliant designs by working under the direction of senior engineering leadership and in close collaboration with Project Management, Construction, and external partners. - Provides hands-on support for engineering tasks and deliverables. - Ensures designs align with safety standards, OSHA requirements, electrical codes, and constructability best practices. - Assists in maintaining design continuity and supporting critical path activities. - Addresses technical issues as they arise to help projects progress toward successful energization. - Aligns engineering decisions with project cost, schedule, safety, and performance objectives. - Develops practical field-focused solutions and strengthens technical execution across GenPro’s portfolio. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred. - 3–4+ years of experience in solar project engineering, EPC construction, or related technical role. - Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset. - Software/tools expertise with the following, or comparable: AutoCad, PVSyst, Excel, Smartsheets, ProCore, SiteTracker, etc. Requirements - NABCEP certification a plus. - Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. - Applicants being considered for hire must pass a background check and drug test before beginning work. - Refusal to submit to a background check or drug testing will result in disqualification of further employment consideration.
