• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Asset Management and Asset Advisory programs for key clients in education, government, industrial, healthcare, and commercial sectors • Oversee and mentor a cross-functional team of Engineers, Architects, Certified Energy Managers, Building Analysts, and Assessment Professionals conducting facility condition assessments, lifecycle cost analyses, equipment inventories, and ADA evaluations • Serve as the engineering subject matter expert for facility assessments, building systems evaluations, infrastructure assessments, energy performance reviews, and capital planning initiatives • Ensure assessment teams collect, verify, and interpret facility, infrastructure, and building systems data—translating field observations into actionable capital planning strategies and investment recommendations • Evaluate building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, site infrastructure, and related assets to identify deficiencies, risks, deferred maintenance, and capital investment requirements • Review facility assessment findings and provide professional engineering recommendations regarding asset condition, operational performance, lifecycle costs, and long-term capital planning strategies • Review and enhance technical reports, ensuring deliverables are accurate, actionable, consistent, and aligned with client goals • Collaborate with Sales in identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and defining client-specific program objectives • Serve as the primary client advisor, translating technical findings into practical business recommendations and long-term asset management strategies • Identify process improvement opportunities, drive standardization across reporting and workflows, and champion quality control across all program activities • Participate in industry events, present client results, and contribute to thought leadership in the Asset Management and Asset Advisory space • Be willing and able to perform the duties of a Senior Project Assessor when needed, including field assessments, report writing, technical reviews, and client presentations • Mentor engineers, building analysts, energy professionals, and assessment staff while promoting technical excellence and consistency across program delivery.

Role Description The Project Engineer supports the successful execution of GenPro’s solar EPC projects by assisting with engineering coordination, design review, and technical support activities throughout preconstruction and construction. This role contributes to translating project intent into safe, buildable, and code-compliant designs by working under the direction of senior engineering leadership and in close collaboration with Project Management, Construction, and external partners. - Provides hands-on support for engineering tasks and deliverables. - Ensures designs align with safety standards, OSHA requirements, electrical codes, and constructability best practices. - Assists in maintaining design continuity and supporting critical path activities. - Addresses technical issues as they arise to help projects progress toward successful energization. - Aligns engineering decisions with project cost, schedule, safety, and performance objectives. - Develops practical field-focused solutions and strengthens technical execution across GenPro’s portfolio. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred. - 3–4+ years of experience in solar project engineering, EPC construction, or related technical role. - Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset. - Software/tools expertise with the following, or comparable: AutoCad, PVSyst, Excel, Smartsheets, ProCore, SiteTracker, etc. Requirements - NABCEP certification a plus. - Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. - Applicants being considered for hire must pass a background check and drug test before beginning work. - Refusal to submit to a background check or drug testing will result in disqualification of further employment consideration. • Lead organizations through the discovery, scoping, and execution phases of complex data conversion projects. • Extract, map, load, and validate historical data from legacy Epic systems into the new Epic environment. • Leverage Epic Bridges and InterSystems Ensemble to facilitate seamless data migration. • Bring a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset to solve intricate data mapping and translation challenges.
