Program Support Designer
LifeWise Academy
Role Description We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven, and detail-oriented Design Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time position, based in Hilliard, Ohio or remote, will focus on creating and maintaining on-brand designs and communications that advance the mission of LifeWise. The role also provides administrative and customer support to employees, volunteers, and senior staff. - Receive, triage, and execute design requests from LifeWise programs via a ticketing system, managing multiple requests at varying stages simultaneously. - Adapt existing templates and systems for new program contexts, and flag when a template needs to be rebuilt rather than stretched. - Maintain organized, accessible file management so assets are findable and handoff-ready. - Collaborate with senior designers and the Creative Director when work escalates beyond brand guidelines or requires a new creative direction. - Document recurring request types and contribute to template or system improvements that reduce future ticket volume. Qualifications - A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith. - Experience in graphic design, including using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. - High design standards. - Ability to work with and effectively communicate with users of all levels of knowledge and skill. - Exceptional customer service. - Advanced ability to anticipate, diagnose, and problem solve. - Bachelor’s degree (preferred). - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
