Role Description L'adjoint administratif est chargé de soutenir les transactions des clients dans le secteur de l'assurance vie collective et invalidité d'une compagnie d'assurance. Hiérarchie - L'adjoint administratif relève directement du gestionnaire principal des services externalisés (BPO) - Qui relève du directeur des services externalisés (BPO) - Qui relève du vice-président exécutif des services d'expérience client (CX) - Qui relève du président de la division Transformation vidéo mondiale - Qui relève du chef de la direction Tâches et responsabilités principales - Télécharger des documents dans les dossiers des membres - Saisir des données dans les dossiers des membres - Générer des codes-barres pour cataloguer les documents - Effectuer toutes les autres tâches liées au tri des informations pertinentes pour les membres - Évaluer de manière critique les données reçues afin d'identifier les erreurs, les incohérences et les omissions - Respecter les normes de productivité en fonction de la courbe d'apprentissage - Utiliser nos divers outils et valider la faisabilité de la transaction - Aider à la réalisation de projets spéciaux et les mener à bien à la demande d'un superviseur direct ou d'un chef d'équipe - Autres tâches selon les besoins Qualifications - Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français - Niveau intermédiaire en anglais pour analyser quotidiennement de la documentation et des dossiers bilingues - Souci du détail et précision - Esprit d'équipe et proactivité exceptionnels - Excellentes capacités de gestion du temps et de multitâche - Rester positif et persévérant - Bon sens de l'organisation - Capacité à travailler en équipe - Flexible, fiable et digne de confiance - Capacité à gérer son temps pour mener plusieurs tâches de front et respecter les accords de niveau de service (SLA) - Esprit analytique Requirements - Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent - Expérience en administration : 1 an (un atout) - Expérience utilisateur avec une bonne connaissance pratique de la suite Office - A l'aise avec la technologie - Bonne vitesse de frappe (rapidité et précision) Technical Setup Required - Produits et systèmes d'exploitation Microsoft, notamment Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint et PowerPoint Language Skills - Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit) - Plus de 80 % de la clientèle de New Era est anglophone Work Environment - Ce poste sera occupé à distance Planned Work Schedule - En règle générale, les heures normales de bureau, du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 17 h Travel - Aucun Benefits - Matériel informatique fourni - Aucune activité de vente ou de démarchage - 37,5 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi - Environnement de travail dynamique et excellente équipe - Formation rémunérée - Intégration rapide - Salaire de départ : 18 $ à 19 $ l'heure (CAD) - Deux jours de congé de maladie payés (après 3 mois d'emploi) - Deux semaines de vacances - Programme de REER (disponible après 6 mois d'emploi) - Jours fériés payés - Assurance collective (disponible après 3 mois)
