• Ensure that photovoltaic power plants consistently meet the agreed service and operational performance targets in line with defined SLAs • Review service reports and related documentation in a timely manner and share them with relevant stakeholders • Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules in coordination with the Team Leader Field Services and subcontractors • Monitor critical accounts and ensure prompt and effective resolution of technical issues • Coordinate daily operational activities and oversee the resolution of outstanding site-related issues • Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams to resolve escalated customer issues • Perform electrical testing (e.g. insulation resistance, continuity, IR testing) and complete associated certification documentation • Carry out replacement of inverters, isolators, panels, and other faulty components as required • Maintain accurate records using field service applications or CRM systems, including reports, photos, and test results • Liaise with O&M coordinators to report issues, request spare parts, and schedule follow-up activities • Deliver a high level of customer service while working across residential, commercial, and industrial sites • Support upgrades, retrofits, and implementation of monitoring and smart systems • Assist with root cause analysis to identify and resolve plant performance issues

• Supports application software and performs upgrades following established procedures • Provisions user and administrator access for applications and systems • Installs application patches in accordance with standard processes • Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues across systems and applications • Partners with vendors, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely issue resolution • Maintains system/application documentation and operational procedures • Monitors application availability, capacity, and performance against established metrics • Reviews system alerts for accuracy and takes corrective action as needed • Provides troubleshooting and end-user support for business teams using applications/systems • Manages the promotion of code and changes across Dev, QA, and Production environments • Tests developer-submitted changes and coordinates business acceptance testing and approvals • Supports disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing for assigned applications/systems • Develops system standards, procedures, and support documentation for both technical teams and end users • Partners with development teams to test and approve application enhancements and modifications • Utilizes out-of-the-box tools and modules to support business needs and requests • Trains and mentors team members • Conducts system tuning and capacity planning, recommending performance improvements • Leads planning efforts for new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements • Evaluates new tools/modules and provides recommendations • Collaborates with development teams to define application strategies and direction • Completes additional duties and special projects as assigned

Role Description To support their line manager in the delivery of the existing FM contracts. This will be achieved via the practical implementation of the company’s management system and the utilisation of the Electricians knowledge. Duties & Responsibilities: - Ensure the safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts and accounts for which he is responsible. - Take an active role in the management of all quality, environmental and health & safety issues on the site in compliance with company policies. - Ensure compliance with contractual requirements. - Ensure Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out to the correct specification regarding both frequency and quality. - Organise and manage the mechanical and electrical maintenance schedule in compliance with current legislation and as detailed in the CAFM system. - Organise and manage external maintenance contractors to ensure schedules are carried out in accordance with current legislation. - Ensure client satisfaction and the quality of service provided. - Identify and implement innovations to improve service delivery. - Ensure continuity of systems in compliance with all legal, qualitative, health, safety and environmental standards. - Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available as required for effective service delivery. - Assist with Sub-Contractor management and monitoring. - Ensure compliance with the expectations and needs of the Client and the quality and organisational goals of the company. - Participate in the provision of a 24 hour per day, 365 days per year emergency on-call service as required. - Be prepared to work overtime where required to support the contract. - Take ownership of and deal with all facilities related on the FES contracted sites. - Assist Supervisor with project planning. - Support holders of other posts according to changes in workload and patterns of working. - Periodic review of the main areas of the job with detailed objectives set periodically in conjunction with your Line Manager. Qualifications - Formal technical education in Mechanical/electrical discipline. - A Full driving license. - Understanding of asset management principles and maintenance techniques. - Experience of operating a management system (e.g., ISO 9001:2000, 14001, 18001). - A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH, etc. - A pro-active attitude. - Excellent planning skills. - Good IT/computer skills. - Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. - The ability to form relationships with clients and exceed customer expectations. - Approachable demeanour and a commitment to team working. - Consistently works to a high standard and seeks to improve current working practices. - High levels of self-motivation, technical inquisitiveness, enthusiasm, and commitment. - A track record of delivering similar roles. - A commitment to continuing professional development. - A formal H&S qualification (e.g., IOSH managing safety certificate or similar) would be useful. Requirements - A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2. - The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition). - Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification. Desirable Qualifications - An Inspection & Testing qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2391-52 Level 3 Award in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations.
