Job Requirements
- Solid experience with automated testing
- Knowledge of at least one software development language
- Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar testing technologies
- Experience building automated test suites for build/regression testing
- Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive on a daily basis
- Genuine passion for software quality and testing automation
- Curiosity about new technologies and tools, with willingness to take on new challenges
- Active participation in decision-making, with a genuine interest in the insurtech/fintech space
- English: B2+ (Upper Intermediate minimum), required for daily international team communication
- Availability to work Portugal timezone regardless of physical location
