Role Description The eBay Advertising Managed Service (EAMS) team helps priority sellers grow their businesses through eBay’s advertising solutions. As an EAMS Agent, you will manage and optimize Cost Per Click (CPC) advertising campaigns for a portfolio of high-value DE sellers, helping them achieve their business objectives while driving advertising revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with the UK & DE Ads Growth team, Business Unit collaborators, and Customer Experience partners. This is a highly visible role with exposure to eBay Ads leadership and an opportunity to contribute to the growth and optimization of Promoted Listings Advanced across Focus and SMB sellers. Please Note : This role requires fluency in English & German. This role is based in the Republic of Ireland. What you will accomplish: - Manage and optimize CPC advertising campaigns for a portfolio of priority sellers, driving adoption and growth of eBay advertising solutions. - Partner with Business Units to onboard and integrate new sellers into the Managed Service program, ensuring a seamless experience. - Build positive relationships with sellers and colleagues within the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for Managed Service accounts. - Develop advertising plans aligned to seller objectives and budgets, helping maximize campaign performance and business outcomes. - Monitor, analyze, and report on account performance, providing insights, trends, and recommendations to sellers and internal partners. - Deliver projects and initiatives within agreed timelines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Find opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to the continued growth of the Managed Services initiative. Qualifications - Proficiency in both German & English required with strong verbal, written, presentation, and collaborator communication skills. - Experience working with performance-based digital advertising products, including knowledge of Cost Per Click advertising and eBay’s advertising portfolio. - Proven success achieving and exceeding commercial targets in a customer-focused environment. - Ability to build effective relationships and influence collaborators at all levels of an organization. - Experience delivering customer-focused solutions and managing multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in changing environments. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other PC-based business applications.
