Role Description This position is filled in the Tolling services team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team consists of IT professionals working on electronic roadcharging solutions. Together with our partners, we are developing and operating intelligent electronic, kilometer-based tolling solutions for our international customers, including full coverage of business flows: - Vehicle registrations - Country booking - Providing On-Board-Units - Position sending - Charge calculation - Billing for fleets We use digital intelligence for a smart service that connects Europe. Using sophisticated technology and our toll box, we are creating a new age of seamless mobility. Our aim is to further develop the currently available services and extend it to further domains. Together with the T-Systems International team members, you will join an international team supporting our customers by providing tolling solutions. Main tasks - Lead Agile Teams in PI Planning, ensuring readiness and setting clear, achievable goals. - Facilitate the creation of SMART PI objectives and help to identify and track risks and impediments as well as dependencies within the Agile Release Train (ART). - Optimize team flow by establishing performance metrics and driving continuous process improvement. - Build high-performing, collaborative teams that deliver strong business outcomes. - Ensure that all scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the established timebox. - Collaborate with product owner to manage the backlog and help the team to ask the right questions to the stakeholders in order to improve backlog items objectives. - Redefine Definition of Done/Ready to help the team to work on the needed goals. - Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders by communicating progress of solution development. - Able to contribute to the resolution of technical issues of a team. - Support DevOps concepts for teams to be strongly independent and have a self-improving mindset. Qualifications - Strong agile mindset with proven 3+ years experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally in a SAFe environment. - Technical background (e.g., were part of IT development or DevOps team). - Skilled in iteration (sprint) planning, team development, and fostering self-organization. - Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. - Understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and best practices. - Understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Able to participate in code reviews (Java, Python), providing constructive feedback to team members. - Ability to understand technical issues and contribute to solving them or facilitate their resolution. - Knowledge about technical tools like Docker, Grafana, or Kubernetes. - Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. - Ability to multi-task and balance priorities. - Knowledge of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile in general and in practice. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Role Description We are looking for a remote Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. Put simply, you’ll be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work.
