• Work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to bring to life features that help deliver cars to our customers in a fast, transparent and convenient manner • Lead the full product development lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, design, feature prioritization, sprint management to adoption with internal software engineering resources • Get a deep understanding of our in house developed logistics engine and it’s connected products, the various logistics business processes and internal user needs and gain insights to make impactful product decisions • Own the product roadmap and its delivery in terms of its definition and prioritization, backlog, specs building and product roll-out strategy together with your team • Close the gap between business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and fast iterations
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile software development environment, preferably (but not required) in the area of logistics
- Excellent product development skills and an ability to lead an iterative software development team - evidence of creative thinking, independent problem-solving, effective troubleshooting, team motivation, and conflict resolution
- Ability to understand technical challenges, work with complex data models, effectively communicate with development teams, and make educated trade-offs
- You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results
- You are an excellent communicator and can easily get your point across to both technical and non-technical audiences.
