Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related field of study; or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and tag management
- Experience creating and maintaining validation dashboards within web analytics tools
- Experience with web analytics, data management, and attribution tools
- Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform, including reporting in Analysis Workspace within Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
- Demonstrated proficiency building workspaces and reporting structures within Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics and other marketing technologies
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large behavioral datasets, especially mixed B2B & B2C datasets and identity models
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including schema design, dataset management, Real-Time Customer Profile & identity resolution
- Experience designing and maintaining an Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations and reusable components to support adoption by non-technical teams
- Experience with AEP Query Service
- Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js
- Experience with AWS services and backend service development
- Experience with high-throughput data processing pipelines
- Experience with reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Experience working closely with Marketing and Product organizations
- Familiarity with applying AI/ML (including Adobe Intelligent Services and external models) to improve customer insights, segmentation, and predictive analytics within marketing technology platforms.

This role is both strategic and operational, responsible for defining scalable frameworks while ensuring flawless execution of high-impact campaigns, tentpole launches, seasonal efforts, and live event moments. The Senior Director will build and formalize Product Marketing for the marketing landing environment as a structured, measurable growth function, defining strategy, ownership, operating standards, and performance expectations to maximize conversion impact. Compensation Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $179,000.00-250,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
