• Conduct detailed sessions with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data extract requirements. • Document current state reporting logic, data sources, extract schedules, and dependencies. • Analyze gaps between current state mainframe processes and future state cloud architecture. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams. • Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Review and interpret mainframe IMS data structures, file layouts, and extract processes. • Support the design of new reporting and extract workflows that leverage cloud capabilities. • Assist in defining data transformation rules and metadata documentation. • Ensure reporting and extract requirements align with enterprise data governance standards. • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business units.

• Leads the efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs. • Supports efforts on highly complex projects and across all program levels. • Formulates and defines the scope, objectives, and systems for business processes for programs and projects through research and fact-finding activities. • Recommends and applies process improvement and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvement programs and projects. • Provides group facilitation, interviewing, and training, and provides additional knowledge transfer to appropriate stakeholders. • Provides expertise to business analysis framework improvement programs by assessing and providing recommendations to various disciplines. • Demonstrated ability to independently apply business analysis on moderately to highly complex projects, scoping, requirements elicitation, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit analysis.
