Role Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the Workday platform, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Administer, maintain, and support the Workday environment. - Configure and develop Workday solutions to meet business needs. - Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations, reports, and business processes. - Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Workday platform. - Provide user support, training, and documentation as required. - Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders across multiple teams. Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday administration and development. - Proven experience configuring and supporting Workday modules and business processes. - Strong understanding of Workday reporting, integrations, security, and system configuration. - Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Workday-related issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, dedicated role. - Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities. Role Description As an Office Administrator at Zicasso, you will leverage an exceptionally high attention to detail to support the critical administrative and financial operations that keep our company moving forward. Your focus will be a seamless blend of managing our daily office administration and owning our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) workflows. You will meticulously execute data entry, manage complex invoicing, and reconcile payments with our global travel agency partners, while concurrently providing vital virtual office support to facilitate team logistics and continuously optimize our internal systems for peak efficiency. This is an international, fully-remote, freelance contractor position, working from home, at a location outside of the United States. The Realtime Contract Administrator will play an essential role in leading the corporate global contracting needs for all of RealTime’s products and services.
