• Quickly develop a deep understanding of the NADG business model and its points of differentiation. • Serve as a general corporate finance leader within the organization in partnership with the CFO; help drive continuous improvement across Accounting, FP&A, Payer Relations, Treasury, and Tax. • Direct all aspects of the annual corporate budget process and partner closely with operations and corporate leaders to drive profitable growth. • Partner with Clinical and Operational leaders to help facilitate the Doctor Equity Partner and Joint Venture programs. • Develop, mentor, and coach rising talent within the Finance organization. • Conduct financial modeling of structures, business plans, and commercial arrangements. • Prepare and present opportunities/initiatives for review by executive management and the Board of Directors. • Collaborate with the cross-functional leaders to achieve corporate goals. • Execute an M&A strategy that aligns to overall corporate strategy and goals. • Lead due diligence and deal execution on M&A processes. • Manage key external relationships including financing sources and advisors as part of the deal process. • Assist in company financing efforts; experience in debt capital markets is a plus. • Occasional travel required.
• Coordinate and execute the planning of the entire financial routine, including receipts and payments processed. • Develop processes to generate analyses involving the collection of billing/invoicing data.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for executive leadership. • Collaborate closely with the European Finance Team on consolidated reporting, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial analysis. • Manage quarterly and annual intercompany reconciliation audits. • Support international financial reporting requirements and ensure consistency between U.S. and European entities. • Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for leadership and corporate stakeholders. • Oversee customer invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliations. • Monitor aging reports and proactively manage outstanding receivables. • Partner with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and account balances. • Oversee vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payment schedules. • Manage ACH and wire transfer payments. • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries. • Ensure accurate expense coding and proper allocation to budgets and cost centers. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies. • Record and review all monthly accounting transactions, including revenue, expenses, payroll, intercompany activity, and treasury transactions. • Perform revenue recognition and related month-end adjustments. • Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data across systems. • Support development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. • Analyze historical spending trends and develop financial projections. • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to management. • Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities. • Administer profit distribution schedules. • Coordinate banking, insurance, and corporate finance activities. • Prepare supporting schedules and reports for corporate stakeholders. • Supervise and develop one Finance Assistant. • Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Establish priorities and provide guidance for daily accounting operations. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate reporting requirements. • Support external audits and tax filings. • Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.
