- Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, producto y negocio para definir alcance, ejecución y entrega de programas técnicos. - Ejecutar programas end‑to‑end incluyendo planeación de roadmap, programación y entrega de hitos. - Asegurar la alineación entre equipos respecto a objetivos de negocio, tiempos y compromisos. - Trabajar con stakeholders para entender requerimientos, priorizar funcionalidades y alinear planes de entrega. - Comunicar estatus, riesgos, dependencias y resultados a audiencias técnicas y no técnicas, incluyendo liderazgo senior. - Fomentar la colaboración entre equipos multifuncionales dentro de organizaciones de vehículos conectados y Ford. - Liderar planeación y ejecución de actividades de Verificación y Validación (V&V). - Gestionar proactivamente riesgos, dependencias e incidencias que impacten la entrega. - Facilitar la resolución de problemas mediante colaboración entre equipos. - Promover prácticas Agile (Scrum, gestión de backlog, seguimiento de dependencias). - Asegurar el uso efectivo de herramientas como Jira, Confluence y Wiki. - Definir, dar seguimiento y reportar métricas de éxito (OKRs, KPIs, indicadores de salud del programa). - Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua en procesos, herramientas y prácticas de entrega.

Job Requirements

  • Título y Cédula profesional en Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas computacionales o carrera afín.
  • Conocimiento sólido de Agile y prácticas modernas de desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos y ciclo de vida (Jira, Jama, Confluence u otras relacionadas).
  • Experiencia en gestión de programas y dependencias en entornos complejos.
  • Experiencia técnica práctica en ingeniería de software, ingeniería de sistemas o análisis técnico.
  • Experiencia en planeación y ejecución de V&V.
  • Gestión de métricas (OKRs, KPIs, indicadores de programa).
  • Comunicación efectiva y gestión de stakeholders, con capacidad de traducir conceptos técnicos complejos en información clara y accionable.
  • Capacidad de influir sin autoridad directa.
  • Habilidad para alinear equipos diversos.
  • Colaboración interfuncional.
  • Toma de decisiones y facilitación para resolución de problemas.
