Customer Service Coordinator

Bridgestone Americas

• Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text. • Call center-based customer support in response to a high volume of low complexity inquiries. • Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders. • Providing technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center. • Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation. • Solves problems while able to anticipate additional needs/requests.

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Candidates must already be located in or around the Nashville, TN area.
  • Must have SAP experience.
