Associate Staff Engineer, SAP SD, SAP TM
Nagarro
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA projects across SAP SD, TM, and BN4L modules • Gather business requirements and design functional solutions aligned with logistics and transportation processes • Configure SAP SD processes including Order-to-Cash (OTC), pricing, billing, and delivery management • Configure SAP TM processes including freight planning, transportation execution, and freight settlement • Enable carrier collaboration through SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), including tendering and shipment visibility • Ensure seamless integration between SAP TM, BN4L, SAP S/4HANA, and external logistics platforms • Prepare functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements • Execute SIT/UAT testing, support defect resolution, and participate in go-live and hypercare activities • Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements • Create project documentation, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and support successful project roll-offs
Job Requirements
- Total experience: 4+
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP TM (Transportation Management)
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), including carrier onboarding and freight collaboration
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, pricing, billing, freight planning, execution, and settlement
- Experience with SAP integration technologies such as IDoc, API, EDI, CPI, PI/PO
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and system configurations
- Experience in SIT/UAT testing, go-live support, incident management, and enhancements
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good to have experience in SAP Transportation Resource Planning, SAP Fiori, Agile methodologies, and SAP Activate
- SAP SD, TM, or Supply Chain certifications are preferred
- Experience in global implementation or rollout programs is an added advantage
