• Testing (black box, white box, integration, and performance) of the Web and Android / iOS platforms • Create automated Web / Mobile / API test cases • Track and analyse automated tests to improve test efficiency • Track and record product issues and analyse the problems through various tools, giving feedback to relevant personnel to make corrections • Share test-related information with other team members • Develop automated tests and test frameworks • Improve our Continuous Integration pipeline • Identify and execute on opportunities to improve or establish quality processes • Help automate all aspects of the software engineering process • Write test plans / test cases and output test reports according to feature requirements • Simulate user needs and actual usage scenarios from a user perspective • Review designs and code done by others and provide constructive feedback • Continuously develop your own skills • Mentor less experienced members of the team

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for: - Web using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript) - React Native Android & iOS apps using Appium with WebdriverIO [TS/JS] • Develop robust automated test suites for regression, smoke, and end-to-end validation. • Execute tests across virtual and real devices using BrowserStack and AWS Device Farm. • Diagnose and resolve automation failures, flaky tests, and environment issues. • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to define testability requirements. • Participate in requirement reviews, feature grooming, and design discussions. • Maintain automation documentation, best practices, and coding standards. • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and ensure transparency on automation progress and risks.

• Closely collaborate with the development team to help deliver high quality software • Understand and translate business requirements to technical requirements • Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle • Perform automated functional and performance testing • Design and develop the test automation framework, implement required libraries, and conduct auto-tests • Maintain CI pipelines and integrate automated scripts into CI tools • Manage any issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process • Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle

• Test Automation Frameworks: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and select appropriate testing tools. • Test Execution & Defect Management: Execute and maintain automated and manual test suites, create test cases, and report defects. • Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead testing initiatives, define test strategies, and promote best practices within the team. • Collaboration & Development: Work closely with developers and product owners, participate in code reviews, and support feature development. • Continuous Improvement: Implement CI testing, participate in agile ceremonies, and drive process improvements.
