Account Manager
The Cigna Group
• owns execution of operational performance strategy for Accredo Specialty Pharmacy clients • actively shapes and advances service strategy while leading end-to-end execution in support of medium and small PBMs and national health plans • drives cross-functional alignment across product and operational teams • proactively identifies gaps, removes barriers, and ensures systems and processes are optimized • supports the organization to achieve operational excellence, growth, profitability, and persistency objectives • effectively collaborates with Accredo partners on benefit, service, and relational strategies targeting enhanced patient and client experience • develops and maintains "trusted-advisor" relationships with clients and patients • leverages Accredo's capabilities and services to differentiate Accredo from the competition • represents Accredo in market-based events, quarterly business reviews, on site and over communications
Job Requirements
- College Degree or 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare / managed care business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills
- Ability to make sense of complex, unstructured information and communicate the key takeaways through effective storytelling
- Strategic and financial savvy; ability to partner with AE to grow book of business
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills; ability to plan for both the long and short term; drive priorities and results
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong working relationships
- Ability to communicate and lead within a heavily matrixed environment
