Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting (solar or SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed outreach and meeting goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM tools and email automation software
- Bonus: Knowledge of the solar industry or clean tech
