Vice President, Sales – Pharma

Hippocratic AI

• Own and exceed the Pharma segment revenue target. • Lead strategic enterprise sales cycles across 20 target pharma accounts (e.g., Eli Lilly and other top-20 global pharma), owning the full deal lifecycle from prospecting to close. • Partner with Clinical, Product, and ML teams to tailor the platform to pharma use cases such as patient adherence, clinical trial recruitment, and post-market support. • Develop ROI frameworks and business cases for pharma buyers, leveraging an IB/consulting approach to demonstrate measurable patient outcomes and operational efficiency. • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and revenue predictability through disciplined CRM and data-driven sales management. • Represent Hippocratic AI at key pharma conferences and executive briefings to build brand credibility and pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 5+ years in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare technology.
  • Demonstrated track record closing large ($1M+) enterprise deals with pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience selling consulting, SaaS, or AI/ML solutions that require creative thinking and solution structuring.
  • VP-level enterprise seller with a quota-carrying history at ~$3M+ ARR per year.
  • Strong communication skills — ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes.
  • Intellectual curiosity and mission alignment.
