• Develop and implement a regional sales and customer development plan for Saudi Arabia • Expand existing customer relationships and identify and acquire new customers • Analyze the market potential in Saudi Arabia and develop an appropriate market entry or structural concept • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales process, including technical consulting and product selection • Present solutions, application benefits, and technological differentiators to customers • Conduct market, competitors, and potential analyses to identify business opportunities • Manage and negotiate commercial contracts, including pricing, terms, conditions and delivery terms, in line with company policies and regional business objectives • Manage after-sales business and conduct basic service activities • Build and maintain strong networks within the market (e.g., customers, EPCs, OEMs, end users, partners) to support strategic goals • Use relevant sales and CRM tools to manage and document the sales process • Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and market insights • Collaborate with internal sales, product management, and international sales organizations
Job Requirements
- Completed technical degree with relevant sales experience
- Experience in selling technical or complex products, ideally in the pump industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong customer orientation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Structured, independent working style with high flexibility
- Strong communication and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel
- Very good command of English; Arabic skills are an advantage
