Every day, our team keeps watch over more than 700 wind turbines, monitoring turbine status, performing remote troubleshooting, escalating alarms, and coordinating with service teams in the field whenever on-site action is needed. The Control Room Team Leader provides day to day leadership, operational support, and escalation management within the Control Room team. The role combines operational duties with additional oversight responsibilities to ensure consistent service delivery, effective task management, and strong support for both customers and colleagues.
