Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
- Previous experience working with clients in a mental health, wellbeing, or counseling setting
- Ability to conduct thorough and empathetic interviews to assess mental wellbeing
- Proficiency in analyzing questionnaire data and integrating it with interview findings
- Strong writing skills to document interviews and compile comprehensive summary reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and cases efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional boundaries
