Sales Enablement Manager
Sevaro
• Design and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Sevaro’s growth goals • Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires, including training on clinical offerings, value propositions, buyer personas, and sales processes • Own ongoing sales training initiatives, including product updates, competitive positioning, and messaging refinement • Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards • Ensure sales teams have easy access to accurate, up-to-date enablement materials • Optimize CRM and sales tools usage to improve adoption, efficiency, and pipeline visibility • Work closely with Product and Clinical leaders to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compelling sales narratives • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions • Align enablement initiatives with go-to-market strategy and evolving product offerings • Define and track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, content adoption, deal velocity, and win rates • Continuously iterate on enablement programs based on performance data and sales feedback
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or B2B sales
- Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare sales teams strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate complex solutions into clear, effective sales messaging
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Healthcare, SaaS, or technology-enabled services experience preferred
