You will identify goals, dependencies, and gaps. Projects will have high visibility and you will have the opportunity to facilitate across a broad array of stakeholders. In this role you will wear many hats - leverage your unique combination of skills in business acumen, architecture, project management and delivery management. What YOU will do: - Oversee Strategice Initiative and/or Portfolio projects and execute on strategic-level deliverables - Responsible for successful delivery of projects on-time, within scope, and within budget identified by senior management - Deliver and track output performance to ensure customer and business value - Think critically to solve difficult problems with complex solutions and widespread impact - Develop and communicate expectations and success measures with the team and partner. - Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and constraints - Work closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features, and/or programs - Operate successfully in ambiguous environments - Focus on strong communication skills between business units and assigned technical resources - Participate in project governance process, ensuring sponsor and leadership alignment - Monitor and track project execution to success by removing blockers and always finding the path forward in challenging situations - Escalate conflicting priorities with other projects and matrixed team member

• Manage projects supporting Customer Services applications and business operations • Develop project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning • Lead project execution and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Manage 3–8 concurrent projects simultaneously • Oversee initiatives such as: Dashboard development and reporting improvements, New process and procedure implementation, Module implementations, Work-in-process (WIP) improvements • Collaborate across global teams and stakeholders

• Work closely with IT Leadership team and management and our stakeholder groups to deliver projects on time and in scope • Coordinate with multiple teams and drive outcomes • Help turn basic business ideas into full requirements required for successful process • Attend multiple meetings per day and coordinate subsequent outcomes • Keep meeting minutes with clear action items and owners • Devise and update project plans • Work with senior program leaders to execute projects of varying size and complexity • Author and distribute regular weekly/biweekly updates to keep stakeholders informed and engaged

• Develop project plans that align with client needs/requirements for each initiative to track milestones, deliverables, schedule, deadlines, change, resource allocation, and budget • Coordinate project tasks to ensure successful solutions are implemented under the guidance of the management team • Develop, recommend, and implement necessary risk mitigation solutions • Coordinate and attend meetings related to projects; communicate between departments as required • Coordinate with technology teams across the company and with clients to define and drive any technical changes required for projects • Compile project status reports and provide updates to clients and management • Collaborate with and where necessary, mentor other Project Managers • Proactive leadership and top-down oversight in both internal and client initiatives, projects, and client installations from concept through completion • Ensure projects adhere to required standards of scope, requirements, deliverables, and timeline • Oversee necessary review of project(s) status; identify and communicate risks • Manage client expectations and balance the needs of both Summit and our clients to ensure satisfaction for relevant parties • Serve as an escalation point for pre-installation client support issues • Identify and anticipate the needs for additional project work by communicating with both clients and internal team members
