Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including experience leading Engineering Managers or multiple teams
  • Strong technical judgment and credibility, with the ability to guide architecture and technical strategy
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams that deliver business-critical systems reliably
  • Experience partnering closely with Product to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong execution skills, including risk management, prioritization, and driving accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and develop engineering leaders
