• Act as an extension of our founder, ensuring smooth operations across multiple tasks • Handle event bookings, marketing outreach, and creative design • Maintain schedules, manage calendars, and handle meeting bookings (including dance parties) • Coordinate travel, logistics, and event planning • Assist in promoting events and dance parties through various marketing channels • Compile lists of influencers and media contacts for outreach • Conduct outreach via Instagram, company emails, and social media

  • Must be a consumer of pop music and passionate about the music industry
  • Stay updated on trends in pop culture and social media
  • Highly reliable & detail-oriented – Must always have the executive’s back
