• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured technical solutions. • Analyze and detail business rules, workflows, UI screens, integrations, validations and acceptance criteria. • Create functional and technical specifications to guide development. • Develop and evolve applications using .NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, relational databases and integrations. • Use AI tools to support development, documentation, testing, refactoring and code analysis. • Critically review AI-assisted solutions and code, ensuring quality, security, performance and maintainability. • Participate in API design, data modeling, integrations and technical decision-making. • Identify gaps in requirements, systemic impacts and technical risks. • Support less experienced developers in analysis, best practices and the responsible use of AI. • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, technical standards and delivery quality.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in C# and .NET development.
  • Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
  • Experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server or relational databases.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, authentication, authorization and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of architecture best practices, code organization, design patterns and separation of concerns.
  • Experience with Git, code versioning and team development practices.
  • Critical judgment to review code, identify technical issues and propose improvements.
  • Good communication, autonomy, organization and collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools to support development, analysis, documentation and testing.
  • Practical experience with tools such as Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex or similar.
  • Experience with specification-driven development, technical documentation or Spec-Driven Development.
  • Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, observability, logging and failure analysis.
  • Experience with systems that have complex business rules, integrations, legacy systems or the insurance domain.
