• Will work on the support team analyzing and resolving tickets and issues related to the Client's system. • Objective: • Analyze and understand the process and code in order to provide more effective problem resolution. • We operate with SLAs; each ticket has a specific criticality/priority and must be addressed within the required timeframe.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured technical solutions. • Analyze and detail business rules, workflows, UI screens, integrations, validations and acceptance criteria. • Create functional and technical specifications to guide development. • Develop and evolve applications using .NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, relational databases and integrations. • Use AI tools to support development, documentation, testing, refactoring and code analysis. • Critically review AI-assisted solutions and code, ensuring quality, security, performance and maintainability. • Participate in API design, data modeling, integrations and technical decision-making. • Identify gaps in requirements, systemic impacts and technical risks. • Support less experienced developers in analysis, best practices and the responsible use of AI. • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, technical standards and delivery quality.

• Work in the support team, responsible for analyzing, investigating, and resolving tickets related to client systems. • Purpose of the role: Perform analysis of processes and source code to identify the root cause of issues, ensuring efficient and accurate resolution of requests. • Main responsibilities: - Handling and managing a high volume of daily tickets, performing analysis, prioritization, and handling of requests according to the established SLA; - Analyzing, prioritizing, and addressing requests according to SLA and level of criticality; - Investigating and identifying code defects; - Fixing bugs and implementing adjustments in applications; - Corrective and evolutionary maintenance of systems; - Supporting incident resolution to ensure system stability and continuity; - Analyzing processes and business rules to ensure greater efficiency in problem resolution.

• Work directly on the development and evolution of the database for a Confitec product. • Perform fixes, analysis, development of new requirements, and data modeling to study and implement systems in accordance with business rules. • Create and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions, ensuring high performance. • Ensure the integrity, security, and consistency of business rules applied directly at the data layer.
