Job Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy.
- SME with hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix (must-have).
- Proficient in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript (ability to customise components).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimisation, custom code within Webflow, and structured data (schema) for enhanced SEO.
- Experience with API integrations and compliance-led tracking.
- Experience working in regulated environments and balancing compliance with creativity.
- Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with CMS workflows, UX/UI principles, and web analytics.
- Ability to plan, deliver, and own web projects end-to-end.
