Wenn Sie ein Umfeld suchen, das Ihnen Raum zum Wachsen bietet und in dem Ihr Einsatz zählt, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. - Beratung und Betreuung von Mandanten in allen Fragen der Finanz- und Anlageplanung mit Fokus auf den deutschen Mittelstand. - Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Finanzstrategien zur Erreichung individueller Kundenbedürfnisse unter Berücksichtigung von Steuern, Versicherungen und Investitionsmöglichkeiten. - Aktive Neukundengewinnung sowie Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen durch kontinuierliche, generationsübergreifende Betreuung. - Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops zur finanziellen Aufklärung und zum Wissensaustausch mit Kunden und Interessenten. - Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Team, um innovative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und die Beratungsqualität stetig zu verbessern. Qualifications - Kein finanzielles Vorwissen nötig – Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen. - Motivation, etwas aufzubauen, und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen. - Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten. - Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit und Disziplin (du arbeitest selbstständig). - Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. - Den Wunsch, dir mit deinem Einsatz ein zweites Standbein oder eine neue Karriere aufzubauen. Role Description About the opportunity 👇 - Managing opportunities from marketing qualified leads through to signed order and handover to our client onboarding specialists with the ability to articulate our value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships with clients. - Work closely with our Product Specialist team to optimise the sales journey for customers across all sectors and all sizes. - Cultivate lasting customer relationships that enable you to identify opportunities to deliver additional solutions and expand our footprint. - Build and manage a pipeline of leads from prospect to close. - Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets. - Use Salesforce.com to maintain excellent records. - Use your customer experiences to provide feedback to our Marketing and Product teams to improve our solutions. Qualifications - Previous experience in technology sales, ideally SaaS or software, and preferably with larger accounts. - Consistent track record of quota or target achievement. - Great work ethic with a passion for closing deals and building strong customer relationships. - Superb interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere. - Experience of giving web-based demonstrations to clients. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities. - Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal. - Willingness to learn from colleagues and develop your sales career.
