• Oversee day-to-day execution of Directed Content projects ensuring alignment with quality standards. • Manage a team of Project Managers ensuring expert call transcripts across various topics. • Act as the connective layer between strategic vision and execution, ensuring flawless delivery of sector coverage plans. • Develop and optimize project workflows, implement structured QA and feedback loops. • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to pilot AI-enabled tools improving efficiency and quality. • Monitor engagement data, identify coverage gaps, and recalibrate project pipelines. • Maintain familiarity with ongoing developments within the Healthcare sector to guide research focus.
Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within Healthcare.
- Deep domain expertise in Healthcare, strong grasp of key players, business models, and industry trends.
- Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
- Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
- Skilled at translating strategic objectives into actionable research projects yielding high-impact insights.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong command of project economics, capable of managing budgets and tracking ROI.
- Adept at working cross-functionally with various teams for alignment and continuous improvement.
- Intellectual curiosity, client-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, MNPI, and confidentiality standards.
