• Develop branded content for Axios’ local advertising partners • Work with the Branded Content Editor and local revenue partners to build and maintain thought leadership, community-based, and brand marketing campaigns • Create native branded content for local audiences that appears on the Axios website, in newsletters, and at events • Craft original sponsored content and conduct research on local issues, industries, and communities across a range of brands and markets • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that meets client goals and deadlines

• Write and edit lifecycle and engagement emails (via OneSignal) • Develop long-form guides (e.g., seasonal or partner-driven content) • Draft social media captions (primarily Instagram, with potential LinkedIn expansion) • Support blog content (both SEO-driven and brand-forward pieces) • Translate internal ideas into polished, publish-ready content • Maintain and replicate client’s established tone and voice • Collaborate on content planning and iterate based on feedback

Role Description We are looking for an experienced editor to join the post-production team for an ongoing documentary series following large-scale real estate, construction and lifestyle projects in Dubai. This is not a social media editing position. We are looking for someone who understands narrative documentary storytelling, pacing, structure and long-form editing. Fluency in Russian is essential for this role. - Documentary episodes - Construction and architectural storytelling - Behind-the-scenes observational content - Lifestyle and business narratives - Long-form YouTube documentary edits - Strong experience in DaVinci Resolve - Understanding of documentary storytelling and three-act structure - Ability to build narrative from raw observational footage - Experience working with interviews, documentary scenes and voice over - Understanding of pacing, emotional rhythm and scene construction - Experience working with proxy workflows and remote collaboration - Russian language proficiency (spoken and understood fluently) - English is mandatory — many interviews, meetings and storylines are in English - Ability to work under deadlines and long-form episodic workflows Requirements - Candidate must have a powerful editing workstation capable of handling large-scale documentary projects efficiently.
