• Support and improve existing test automation • Identify and troubleshoot defects • Validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality • Collaborate with teams to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, and support seamless omnichannel interactions

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA
  • Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript (Nice to have)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems
  • Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis
  • Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux
  • Desirable skills: Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java
  • Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance)
  • Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus

The QA Lead will define and implement end-to-end data testing strategies, covering ingestion (AWS Glue, Kinesis), transformation (DBT), and consumption layers, while ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance optimization.
